Features
1. It is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated;
2. Each workpiece should pass testing at 2 times of working load limit
3. We should carry out strict sampling and breakage testing for each batch of products;
4. We should carry out 100% magnetic powder flaw detection
5. Surface treatment: plastics spraying
6. Color code: red RAL3020/yellow RAL1003.
7. For G80 single leg or 2 leg chain slings.
8. All specifications are forged
9. Large inner width for larger lifting hooks
10. Flatten only if there is a clear requirement.
